Variable Frequency Drives

The patented IntelliPass is designed around the new Cutler-Hammer HVX9000 Drive and incorporates the highly successful IT. product family. The HVX9000 series drives are "next generation" - specifically engineered for HVAC, pump and fluid control applications.

The IntelliPass bypass is a two or three contactor design using 24 Vdc IT. series of contactors and power supplies. The IT. features, functions and form enable the drive and bypass to become an integrated design making it the world's smallest drive and bypass package. The IntelliPass comes standard with a Cutler-Hammer HMCP integrated into the drive and bypass design.

The product family is 70% lighter and has a footprint that is one third the size of other typical bypass drive offerings. The packaging mounts to a standard HVX9000 drive and does not increase the width of the drive when the bypass is added. This design also significantly reduces the weight of the bypass drive, decreasing shipping costs and making the units easier and quicker for contractors to install.
