The "CM-8" is a Microprocessor based, single zone, modulating and/or staging controller providing complete control for a typical single zone three-way valve, domestic hot water or heating system including system circulators and combustion air dampers.

Indoor / Outdoor Sensors are solid state and capable of maintaining accuracy at a maximum wire length of 4,000 feet of sheilded cable
Power Relays are Socket-Mounted and replaceable on site
Control is equipped with Boiler Override and Boiler By-Pass Switches
Capable of Fully Modulating the Gas Input of the Boilers
Automatically shuts down the heating unts as a Preset Outdoor Temperature which is variable between 50 and 100° F
Can be mounted in an enclosure suitable for wall mounting
Has a Minimum Boiler Water Temperature Setting independent of and capable of Overriding the Scheduled Function. This setting is variable between 90 and 150°F
Allows for Automatic Switching of the Lead Boiler
LED liights on the front door panel to indicate a "Boiler in Fault" alarm
All Boiler Status Information is accessible from a Remote Location via the CM8 Central Control Panel
Boiler Control communicates through the "Camus Communication Interface" to LonWorks, BACnet and other systems.
