Rugged construction, built for a lifetime of use

Tube Bundle & Frame

Built and stamped in accordance with the appropriate ASME Boiler Code, the tube bundle is supported by a rugged steel frame with expansion joints on each corner. This simple design allows the entire tube bundle to float freely as it expands and contracts preventing thermal shock.

The tube bundle uses welded studs rather than the mediocore drill and tap method. This design feature is a great plus when tubes need to be replaced. The bolts have less chance of corroding and the head plate is easier to put back on the boiler.

The tube bundle uses 2" O.D. SA 178 grade A steel tubes. These tubes are non-proprietary, low cost & easily obtainable.

  • Complete water section is made of pressure vessel quality steel from 3/8" to 1" thick. This quality material ensures the boiler will last and last.
  • Studs welded to water box in lieu of mediocre drill and tap method.
  • 20 year, standard, non-prorated, thermal shock warranty. There are no longer concerns of incoming water temperatures.

Tubes are easy to maintain & replace

  • Each tube is individually serviceable. If one tube is ruined only one tube needs to be removed, repaired and replaced.
  • No welding required all tubes are rolled & flare. Eliminating the need for a high cost ASME welder.
